    • Internet Protocol ("IP") address
    • Information about your device, including MAC address, operating system, device name, device type, advertising ID, and type of browser

In order to provide quality services to you, the RGC may use your personal data to:

  • To allow or restrict your access to RGC services
  • Deliver notifications regarding RGC activites that may interest you

  • Develop and improve our service, such as through bug fixes, translations, new features, etc.

The RGC may opt to share your personal data with third parties. These include:

  • Other users: users may read chat messages sent or posted through RGC services
  • Competent authories: the RGC may cooperative with administrative or judicial entities as requested or when we deem necessary to ensure our protection or the protection of our users
  • Third party service providers: we work with other companies to run our own services
    • Cloudflare, Inc ("Cloudflare"): the RGC uses Cloudflare services for domain name system ("DNS") services, distributed-denial-of-service ("DDoS") protection, and web scraping resistance.
    • Microsoft Corportion ("Microsoft"): the RGC may provide services that contact Microsoft servers to facilitate user authentication.

4. How long will we store your data?

We will keep your data for as long as you have an account with the RGC or you have requested your data to be deleted. In the event that you request your data to be deleted, we will hold your data for as long as needed to facilitate legitimate business interests, such as legal obligations. Once the purpose for collecting your data has been fufilled, it shall be deleted, blocked, or anonymized.

5. Data subject rights

The RGC respects users data protection rights. You retain the right to access, correct, port, and erase your data. You also have to rights to object to or restrict the processing of your personal data

6. Data security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. As such, we have taken all necessary resonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including technologies such as encryption.

7. Age limits

By participating in RGC services, you represent that you are at least of 18 years of age or, if you are under 18 years of age but at least 13 years old ("Minor" or "Child"), you are accessing RGC services with consent from a legal guardian or parent. If you are a minor, we strongly urge against sending identifiable information about yourself to our services, including email address and name.
