The Republican Genshin Club ("we", "us", "our", or "RGC") works tirelessly to create a safe and welcoming enviroment for all people. To achieve this, the RGC also requires your participation and agreement to the provsions (or "Terms") below.

1. Disclaimer

The RGC reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without notice. In the event that any part of these Terms is deemed unenforcable, the parts that remain shall be enforced to the maximum extent of the law.

At any time, the RGC also reserves the right to remove, close, or terminate your account at our discretion without notice or reason.

2. Prohibited use of RGC services

If a party is found to be abusing RGC services in any way listed below, their account may be subject to punishment, including but not limited to suspension from our services, seizuire, or immediate termination.

  • Generating, creating, distributing, and/or otherwise possessing illegal or explicit material while using RGC services.
  • Engaging in activity detrimental to the continued operation of the RGC services, such as distributed denial-of-service attacks.
  • Engaging in activity may cause others to feel uncomfortable or unsafe, including unwelcome sexual advances, sexual harrassment, inflammatory language, and hate speech.
  • Engaging in activity that threatens the safety of fellow users of RGC services, including doxxing, stalking, and death threats.
  • Engaing in activity deemed illegal under United States law.
  • Attempting to use RGC services after having been previously restricted or otherwise terminated from RGC services.

3. Disclose of data to the RGC

By submitting any information to the RGC, you represent that this information is update-to-date and accurate. You also represent that you are of age 18 or older, or, for individuals between 13 and 18 (a "minor"), you are submitting this information with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Limitation of liability

THE USER UNDERSTANDS RGC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE RGC OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS WITH THE RGC SERVICES.

4. Jurisdiction

All Terms listed in this Document shall be governed by United States federal law. Both you and the RGC agree to submit all legal proceedings to United States federal courts.
